A long-established Victorian timber merchant where decades of accumulated workarounds had quietly become how the business ran. Operating model rebuilt end-to-end — governance, workflows, SOP library, KPI architecture, and the cadence to embed it all. By engagement close, the leadership team was running its own operating rhythm against a 14-document SOP library written to the redesigned model.

The dispatch-to-invoice loop tightened from weeks to days, with operations leaders running a daily exception review against the new cycle.
